Limited Lifetime Warranty

A registered Chinese Company located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Coverage: This warranty applies exclusively to retail purchasers in the U.S. for iLevar's X and Zen products ("the Product"). iLevar warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime on the market or the original retail purchaser's ownership, whichever is longer (the "Warranty Period").

Resolution Options: If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, iLevar (or its agent) will, at its discretion, either:

1. Repair the Product at no cost.
2. Exchange the Product with an identical or functionally similar model.

Exclusions: This limited warranty excludes normal wear and tear, consumable parts, cosmetic and combat damage, water damage, lost or stolen items, modification or tampering, unauthorized repairs, negligence, abuse, non-standard use, improper handling, and commercial use.

Claims and Returns:

• This warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original U.S. retail purchaser.
• Proof of purchase may be required for eligibility.
• Product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to iLevar (or its agent) and must use a trackable shipping method.
• iLevar covers shipping charges for returning repaired or replaced products.

Liability Limitation: In no event will iLevar or its agents' liability exceed the remedies stated in this warranty. iLevar and its agents are not liable for property damage, loss, personal injury, or death resulting from accident or misuse of the Product.

Disclaimer: This limited warranty replaces and excludes all other warranties, whether written or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. iLevar and its agents are not liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, statutory, or exemplary damages.

Jurisdiction Consideration: Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, making the exclusion inapplicable.

Entire Agreement and Severability: This document constitutes the entire agreement, and no waiver or amendment is valid unless in writing and signed by iLevar. If any term is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it is severed from the warranty, leaving the legality of the remaining terms unaffected.
