By creating an account or using ilevar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ilevar is an online platform that connects students with English teachers for live, one-on-one lessons conducted through our virtual classroom. We are not a party to the educational relationship between students and teachers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ilevar. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. Teachers must be 18 or older.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ilevar.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson subject to the teacher's cancellation policy. ilevar reserves the right to remove teachers who repeatedly cancel without adequate notice.
You agree not to use ilevar to harass, abuse, or harm others; distribute spam or malware; impersonate any person; or violate any applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data and is incorporated into these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in your account settings.
ilevar is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
