Purchasing Terms & Return Policy | iLevar
These Purchasing Terms and Return Policy constitute a legal agreement between you and iLevar Co., Ltd., a registered Chinese company located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China(“iLevar”) regarding your purchase of an iLevar product directly from iLevar. The words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to iLevar, and the words “you” and “your” refer to the purchaser of an iLevar product.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
iLevar provides its U.S. customers with a limited warranty on its iLevar product (see the Limited Lifetime Warranty for details). ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
ILEVAR AND ITS AGENTS AND ASSIGNS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH AS A RESULT OF ACCIDENT OR MISUSE OF ANY ILEVAR PRODUCT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ILEVAR OR ITS AGENTS OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. There may be some jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages so that exclusion might not apply to you.
Pricing, Orders and Payments
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change from time to time. Where applicable, sales tax will be applied to your order during checkout.
By placing an order on iLevar.com (or any other online store operated by iLevar, hereafter referred to as “iLevar.com”) you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description (including, without limitation, price, payment method and acceptable ship-to address).
If you place an order for a product on iLevar.com you are certifying that you are at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside and have the legal right to purchase such item.
Please ensure that the shipping address and other information you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the order you place. iLevar is not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address.
We may reject your order at our discretion and reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to anyone at any time. If we cancel your order after we have charged you for your order, we will refund your credit card (or other payment method) the amount charged as soon as practical.
We reserve the right to add and/or remove products on iLevar.com, for any reason, at any time.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of items sold.
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
The shipping timeframes provided during the checkout procedure are estimates only. Shipping may be delayed during holidays.
If your order is for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs and the like that may be levied by your customs agent, government or other authority upon the parcel we send to you.
iLevar reserves the right to refuse shipment of any product for any reason or no reason.
If iLevar's Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable and there is a defect in materials and workmanship during the warranty period, please see the Limited Lifetime Warranty for details regarding making a claim.
30-Day Return Policy:
If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, or you have received an incorrectly shipped product, or you have ordered incorrectly, or you are not happy with your purchase, then you may return the product in as-new condition and in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price that you paid for the product, subject to the below terms. All returns must be made within 30 days, and the 30-day deadline will start 7 days from when the order ships, regardless of when you actually receive your product. So if there is an issue or you are unsatisfied, please be sure to process your return promptly after receiving your product by following the Product Return Instructions below.
There is a $10.00 per unit restocking fee for all returns. The shipping and handling charges that were included on your order will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product to iLevar (or its agent). We recommend that you use a method of shipping that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. iLevar (or its agent) is not responsible for any package that it has not received.
Product Return Instructions:
iLevar will not accept any items for return after 30 days (see above for details on when
the 30-day deadline begins).
Please include the following information in an email to Customer Service AND with your returned product:
We recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail or shipping service that provides tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. Ship the product and above information to:

Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks from when we receive your returned product for your return to be processed.
Purchasing iLevar Products from Other Retailers
iLevar accepts product returns only from customers who have purchased a iLevar product directly from iLevar. If you have purchased a iLevar product from another online retailer or store, please contact that retailer directly for instructions.
iLevar products may be advertised or available for sale on third party shopping websites or from other retailers. iLevar is not responsible for any information on such third party shopping websites, or for any differences which may exist between information found on such third party sites and information on iLevar.com, including, but not limited to pricing information.
Our customer service office is open from 10am - 6pm Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. If you have any questions regarding your order or anything else, please contact iLevar Customer Service. We endeavor to answer all enquiries within two (2) business days, but please allow longer.
If any term herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from this agreement and the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
