IS A PLASMA LIGHTER DANGEROUS?

No, the technology has been tested to the highest European and US standards they are RoHS and CE certified, so they are 100% safe.

WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?

We are based in the UK, London, Finchley and you can find us in a number of local stores in North London.

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We know delivery companies aren't always perfect and this is a new technology that's why we offer refunds or part-refunds for damaged or defective items as well as a 12-month fair use product warranty.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
We sure do! We ship to Europe (free for orders over £20) for only £0.90 extra, USA for only £2.10 and the rest of the world track and signed for £7.90.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
Our headquarters are in the UK, London, Finchley, while designs are commissioned from designers all over the world. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing can take up to 2 working days (usually less). Then postage takes 1 - 7 days depending on your proximity to the UK, all orders outside of Europe are via tracked and signed delivery.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please e-mail us or use the contact us pop up as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
